Yet, this task is not as easy as it seems, especially with horses. That‘s why we have developed our smart calendar. Different icons visibly mark all the essential types of events, such as farrier or training sessions.

And what about sticking to vaccination or de-worming schedules, you say? We haven’t forgotten that either. When you mark vaccination in your calendar, you have the option to set repetitions, and your app will remind you in time for the next round of vaccines!

Plus, your notes may not be helpful just to you. The calendar poses as a platform, where you can plan your whole training strategy and share it with all the important people. Your trainer can plan the dates and times of your sessions. When you are away from the stable, you can plan your horse’s sessions for your B-rider or plan duties for your groom... The options are endless, and it is only up to you how you apply your organizing skills.

So let’s imagine this scenario: your horses have scheduled an appointment with their vet, who will apply influenza vaccines.

1)     You write it down as a „planned event“ in your calendar, including time, horses involved, and repeats. For influenza, you will most likely set the semiannual repetitions.

2)     Once you mark this appointment down, your whole team will see it and will receive a notification beforehand.

3)     You plan days off for the following days with notes for your groom, telling them what to do with each horse.

4)     When needed, you can just click on your app and see when your horses were vaccinated and if they meet all future competition veterinary criteria.

5)     If you have chosen „repeat semiannually“, the app will remind you to re-vaccinate in half a year.
